Job Role : Team Lead- Value Added Services

Location : Navi Mumbai

Short Description :

- This role proposes to identify and create sustainable differentiation between Trans-Connect and competitors by exploring new trends/technologies.

- To enhance sales through new product /services introduction by leveraging group company synergies such as with Reliance Retail, Reliance Jio, FCPL

- Also looks at tie-ups and partnership with external vendors for associated product categories / services to enhance Trans-Connect

Long Description :

Job Accountabilities :

VAS Product Portfolio Management and Future Roadmap.

- Identify and facilitate Vendor Selection, management and tie-ups for partnership

- Define Product business rules, costing, pricing and commercial model

- Product introductions, launch plans

Scanning Industry and Market trends nationally and internationally for key customer trends./technologies

- Study current best practices and assess our standing/Competitor analysis.

- Study newer technology trends affecting business and evaluate.

- Propose forward path.

Ensure Synergies with Group Companies such as Reliance Retail and Reliance JIO, Reliance Vendors

- Cross Loyalty tie-ups for increasing customer stickiness and sales.

- Leverage relationship with Reliance vendors for enhancing TC services.

New Product/services training and process training

- Ensure complete product training to stake holders,

- Training process documentation

Marketing and Communication and sales support to TC products

- Support in ideation and development of Marketing Communication for products

- Enable effective communication of the same to field.

- Marketing collaterals development and execution

- Website content and traffic management

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

- Ensure new products/services planned is executed as per timelines

- Budget preparation on sales volumes for products.

- Preparation of Customer schemes for product introductions

- Planning for Channel Incentives for products/services

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

Education : B.E/ B.tech with MBA-Marketing will be preferred. With mobile technology know how.

Experience : 6 to 10 years, creative person, technology proficiency and experience in marketing, sales.
