- Leading Annual Report of Reliance Industries Limited. Including enabling and preparing the comprehensive business write-up of management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and other section of Annual Report.

- Leading new initiative to raise the level Annual Report and showcasing the RIL Brand to external world

- Applying creativity while working with design agency to make Annual Report attractive and appealing for different stakeholders such as CEO, Business CXO, Regulator, Technical experts and other shareholders

- Cross functional engagement with internal stakeholders / contributors for quality content (100+) and the external Designing team for contribution in the Annual Report and pursuing with raising the high standard in content.

- Clear and concise communication with Leadership Team, working team, Stakeholders within Organisation and outside Organisation (viz. Businesses, Risk Management group, Secretarial, Accounts, CSR and BRR, Investor relation and professional agency)

- Added for CA - Review of Financial Statements : Participating / enabling review of financial statements of RIL and Group Companies.

Added for CA - Accounting Issues :

- Providing solution to complex and strategic present and future accounting issues.

- Lead / participate in developing solutions to strategic accounting issues (say A category issues).

- Lead / participate for research and resolution of accounting issues faced by the Company and its subsidiaries for present and future issues.

- Initiative on start-up/Digital agenda

Skills and competencies :

- People Management Skills

- High on energy in terms of stretching the self and team in demanding timeline with multiple stakeholders

- Knowledge of Reliance Management System

Education : Chartered Accountant with Rank / MBA from A list institute (IIM / ISB +).

Experience : 5 -10 Years of Work experience

- Indicative working experience in accounting advisory of Big 4 CA Audit Firms / Strategy team / Process Improvement Group (Non-technical) / Transformation team / Operating models and framework etc.
