The role will entail responsibilities for the entire Uttar Pradesh region for Petroleum retail business.
The responsibility would range from top-line growth, regular review of business strategies to increase market share, pricing strategy, compliance, etc. for the entire state, i.e. Uttar Pradesh.
The incumbent should necessarily possess :
1. Comprehensive background in leading all aspects of fuel-retail operations (e.g., Strategic Planning, P&L, sales, customer service, inventory and personnel management)
2. Adept at managing and developing Retail Outlet stores, leading managerial staff and sales teams
3. Proven ability to maximize sales and profitability through effective management of retail outlet
For the Petroleum Retail business, Uttar Pradesh happens to be one of the most prominent fuel-selling states for the group. It also has the largest number of Retail Outlets.
