Location : Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai  Job Purpose :  - Reliance Petrochemicals has embarked on a massive transformation journey to create a futuristic SCM organization by working on three key levers, viz. SCM strategy, SCM planning and SCM execution. A transformation of this magnitude will entail a mammoth change management agenda coupled with carving the right organization design for our SCM function. The value of the desirable organization design will be measured through its appropriate sizing and dimensioning that coincides with the strategic mandate of business.   - This role shall have the primary ask of working on enterprise-wide change management and SCM organization design. The incumbent shall then be transitioned into a business partner, being responsible for driving the people agenda through robust HR offerings with a complete responsibility to manage the employee lifecycle and talent engagement including succession planning, leadership development, critical hiring and change advocacy.  Job Accountabilities :  Organization Design : She / he will work very closely with leadership on designing and dimensioning the organization, on the lines of WBDS (work break-down structure), thereby conducting an annual workforce planning exercise   Talent Management : She / he will be the focal point for driving Talent Management agenda for her / his sector including annual talent review, succession planning (GL and critical level E roles), individual development plans and execution of actions coming from segment capability forums   Talent Acquisition : Directly responsible for talent acquisition for level E to K in her / his sector along with owning new employee experience  Performance Management : She / he will work very closely with Reward & Performance CoE to embed the new performance management process in Petchem; she / he will provide an inside-out and outside-in perspective to the sector leadership team on need for change and how to make the change stick; she / he will be involved in auditing performance plans thereby bringing qualitative enhancement in the performance management process   Reward Management : She / he will create annual merit increase proposals, run the ACB (annual cash bonus) computation process and promotions across the year in her / his sector and function   HR Governance & Integration : She / he will be responsible to ensure segment wide reporting of HR AOP to Corporate HR G&I; manage the risk portfolio for Petchem HR   Role nuances :  - This role provides people leadership to the business and functions in arresting regrettable attrition, right-ageing the sector and propelling employee mobility  - This role acts as a conduit between Corporate HR and Petchem for delivering and implementing all people policies & processes  - Plan and identify resource requirements in partnership with relevant stakeholders   - Strategize and detail out the jobs along with job descriptions of incumbents to meet the business objectives and the titles of the same  - Identify the right person job fit to improve efficiency and productivity basis capability and competence  - Align with senior leaders and HR to analyse the effectiveness of the org structure at regular intervals and propose changes accordingly  Skills required :  - Excellent Analytical and judgement Skills  - Excellent Presentation Skills  - Communication Skills  - Computer Literacy   - Excellent Relation building skills  Key attributes (Experience & Qualification) :  - MBA HR  - 0-5 years of work experience
