The Incumbent will be reporting to Head # HR Operations (Services) and will be responsible to undertake various procedural requirements related to discharge of operations related duties in a timely and accurate manner. Job Accountabilities : - Manage daily transactions on offers, on-boarding, transfers, extensions, separations, etc. in timely manner. - Should be able to front end with Business Heads/Function Heads/SAP # HR Teams on various aspects of HR. - Establish process improvement roadmaps in consultation with vendors / partners. - Bring about new initiatives / process improvement. - Ensure TAT is tracked and monitored for all ELCM related activities. (Offers, on-boarding, transfers, extensions, separations, etc.). - Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services across designated functions. - Ensure payroll related inputs are given accurately. - Ensure employee queries are responded within timelines. - Ensure adherence to process and timely execution of various HR activities. - Should be well versed with the policy guidelines and be able to guide employees on the various policies of HR. - Collaborate with the team effectively, should be able to provide guidance &amp; support to the team as and when required. - Should be well versed with Data Analytics and Dashboard. - Manage operational aspects of Annual and Mid-term appraisals, Salary revision and ad hoc payouts Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) : - Effective Execution - Analytical Thinking - Domain knowledge of HR policies and practices - Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Managing ambiguity - Proficient knowledge of company policy &amp; procedures etc. Education Required : - 2 years full time PG degree in HR
