RIL - Head - Company Secretary & Compliance (15-20 yrs)
Purpose of Job
To head the compliance function of the business/function/site and be responsible for efficient compliances of various corporate laws, exchange control laws, RBI laws, etc.

Activities required for achieving desired Outcomes (Requirement Profile) :
1. Internal customer rating of Quality of compliance department output
2. Internal customer rating of Timeliness of compliance department output
3. No. of SLA / OLA violations
4. Monitoring of regulatory compliances through framework
5. Establishing GRC framework
6. GRC awareness and training programs
7. Compliance certificate for BODs
8. Regulatory Compliance
9. Succession planning bench strength (for leaders)
10. % compliance to training plan
Measures to evaluate performance against outcomes/ Activities :
1. Satisfaction Score given by internal customers on a scale of 1 to 5: To be based on a regular survey to be distributed to key RIL stakeholders asking them to rate the performance of the department
2. Satisfaction Score given by internal customers on a scale of 1 to 5: To be based on a regular survey to be distributed to key RIL clients asking them to rate the performance of the department
3. Number of SLA / OLA violations
4. No of compliance issues identified and redressed
5. No. of segments/ sectors/ functions/units brought in sign off process
6. No. of awareness programs conducted for GRC awareness
7. No of timely submission of certificate
8. Timely submission of monthly compliance report
9. % of critical positions with 1+ potential successors with readiness within 6 months
10. No. of training actually conducted for department employees during the period / total no. of training planned for department employees during the period
Experience:
- 15-20 Years of CS experience in mid to large size companies
