Short Description

Reporting to the Learning Governance Manager, this role is responsible for provides support for conceptualising and coordinating central learning communications on a continuous basis. This role also entails effective transition to new policies and ways of working across all Academies along with accreditation of Academies.

Long Description

Key Accountabilities:

- Work with Central L&D teams and academy teams for creating engaging communication for all organization wide communication initiatives.

- Provide coordination support to the Learning Governance Managers to include development of and tracking progress against project plans, creating engagement and change management materials, facilitating meeting arrangements.

- Working with Learning Operations team, track Academy accreditation progress and monitor adoption of new policy and process through analysis of LMS activity reports and delivery against defined scorecards

- Partner with LMS and Academy teams to ensure that full accreditation is achieved across all Academies

- Support LD colleagues to carry out external benchmarking

- Work with Learning Project Managers to develop insights from research and translate these insights into best practice innovative policy and learning methodology

- Develop and distribute effective and relevant communications to the Learning community on latest developments, new innovations, policy and process changes etc

- Audit various academy progress and program progress against defined criteria and report anomalies

- Develop case studies and content to upload to Knowledge Management portal along with maintaining KM portal to check relevance on a frequent basis

- Apply instructional design theories and practice

Essential Criteria and Qualifications:

- Graduate degree or proven capability to learn.

The ideal candidate will have all or a good mix of the following:

- Understanding of leadership development & learning

- Experience of creating innovative communications to engage and inform a wide audience

- Project coordination experience

- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication

- Instructional design experience is preferable
