Riflexions is looking out for a mid level Techno-functional Implementation Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience who will lead the implementation tracks during the Core banking implementation phases. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading the Data migration track

- Leading the Technical track and architecture deployment

- Leading the various UAT tracks of the Core banking Solution implementation

- Handle the RCA of UAT issues, track and report.

- Travel to handle client discussion and presentations on need basis.

Experience qualifiers:

- Proven implementation experience in medium to large programs for any core banking solution. Finacle Core banking Solution experience is preferred.

- Expertise in handling data migration and UAT of various functional modules in retail and corporate banking. Techno Functional expertise is a must.

- Expertise in RCA, tracking and reporting of UAT issues during the implementation phases.

- Working knowledge of RDBMS and PLSQL.

- Expertise in requirement analysis & elicitation, creating functional specification documents like BRD, FRD, FSD, Gap Analysis, Business Impact Analysis / RAG reporting matrix, system & process design flow documents.

- Managing teams in various tracks to ensure quality delivery of optimal business solutions.

- Reporting and stakeholder management

- Has in-depth knowledge of and core banking solution - Processes and the functional /Technical challenges faced during a banking solution Implementation cycle.
