VP - Execution

Reynolds Capital LLP financial advisory firm is looking for Vice President's for its Mumbai location.

The firm helps Corporate and Private Equity clients in M&A, fundraising, financial advisory, research and investor relations services. The firm has a successful track record of serving clients and a team of strong professionals with a wide variety of experience and expertise in advising large, as well as small, clients on complex strategic decisions and transactions.

Job Description :

Investment Banking :

- Leading end-to-end execution of M&A and Fund Raising transactions and participating in deal origination

- Front End role involving working on end to end client pitches and live mandates

- Developing generic and specific company, industry and market overviews

- Research and analysis on specific company financial information and fundamentals

- Preparation of collaterals including teasers, information memorandums and financial models including CMA

- Preparation of Valuation Models using DCF, Transaction Multiples and other methodologies

- Working/ coordination with various agencies during the entire deal lifecycle

Investor Relations : Management of key client relationships and new business development as well as focus on client mining - grow business from existing Investor Relations clients vis other verticals i.e. investment banking, research, consulting

Customized Research :

- Coordinate and lead sector research and customized research projects

- The primary role of the Vice President is to be the - project manager,- whether for mandate execution/client management, marketing activities or on a transaction.

- The VP must manage the client and deliverables along with his team of associates. It is often at the VP level that valuable relationships are formed with clients and he will have opportunity to play a role in client development and marketing.

Desired Profile :

- The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in a corporate finance function of a company or research analyst in a rating agency, investment bank, KPO or a known brokerage firm.

- We also look for an entrepreneurial bent of mind i.e. a self starter with the ability to independently handle sensitive /high value projects.

- Ability to see big picture, well read, positive attitude and loads of ambition and desire/ability to lead projects/teams quickly with good communication skills.

- We- re looking for candidates who will thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking and time management skills are essential.

- You should be comfortable working with numbers and be an analytical thinker. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed in order to work successfully with clients and team members.
