The EIR program is similar to a Leadership Program where You will work with the CEO directly and get to experience the whole business lifecycle. Being a startup, the learning will be immense.   - Work with the CEO on various strategic and operational initiatives. Get to experience various functions including Strategy, Marketing, Business Development/Sales, Sales Operations, Product/Technology, Recruitment, etc.  - Work cross-functionally with various teams. Once the person has experienced various functions, he/she can start to focus/specialize on the area most suited for both the person and company.  - Create forecasts along with the executive team   - Other responsibilities as required   Qualifications:   - Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.   - Strong analytical skills, with excellent ability to share insights that drive results  - Team player with good interpersonal skills.   - Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.   - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.   - Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.   - Proficient in English and Hindi languages.   - B.
