Pre-requisite for the role :

- Bachelor's degree, MBA with specialisation in HR or Degree in IR/ HR from reputed institutes.

- 1-2 year of experience in HR domain (Recruitment)

- Able to handle office Administrative activities, Attendance and Data Base Management.

- Preparing Documentation and MIS.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Warm personality

Job Responsibility :

- Recruitment planning, coordination and execution with the team.

- Searching and indentifying potential candidates from portals.

- Scheduling and Managing candidates for interview, follow up process before and after the interview (IT and Non IT recruitment)

- Handle all type of Office administration work (Office Management, Facility/Utility Management, Vendor Management, Inventory Management etc.)

Location: New Delhi (Okhla-Phase 1), India
