Our client, a eCommerce MNC major, is looking for a Retention Marketing Head role to be based out of Mumbai, India.

Experience Required

- 7-9 years experience in Consumer Marketing role.

- MBA from Top 5 Business Schools in India.

- FMCG / Telecom / retail industry experience.

Core Responsibilities

- The objective is to grow demand from existing users through any means possible. Consumer understanding will be key and the RM Head will need to translate that understanding into programs and initiatives that drive transactions using the right combination of messages / channels. The ability to creatively segment the user base and target the right messages through multiple channels will be an important aspect of the role.
