A MNC eCommerce major is looking for a "Retention Marketing - Head". Retention Marketing, a key role in the company, will manage a team & will report into the Head of Marketing.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities - Responsible for marketing to existing users to ensure:- 

(i) Reactivating Lapsed users

(ii) Increasing the ‘Activity’ level of active users

(iii) Fostering Loyalty to Increase the share of wallet of Top Buyers

Competencies Required - 7-9 years experience at least half of which is in a Consumer Marketing role. MBA from IIM's.
