Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm is looking forward to hire for the profile of Territory Manager for a leading eCommerce client across the automobile/ used cars business which is launching its captive retail stores across the country.   Role/Duties:   Duties/Role -   Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.  Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.  Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.  Archives financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.  Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.  Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.  Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  - Marketing and or Business Administration Major (marketing and sales)   - 4-10 years of work-experience preferred.   - Experience of working with atleast 1 startup company.   - Available immediately/15 days.   - Previous team management experience preferred.   - Knowledge of the Car/used Car industry is an added advantage if present.   Skills:   - Strong networking, negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.   - Ability to work with data and ambitious targets effectively.   - Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Kannada is an added advantage.   - Highly passionate and motivated individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment.   - Ability to work under pressure and an ever dynamic startup environment.   - Proactive in contributing creatively at other parallels of the company.   - Excellent academic and extra-curricular track record preferred.   Should you be willing to apply and be available for a Face to Face interview on 26th and 28th Nov 2015, please apply immediately and we'd get back to you with complete details for the interview.
