- RSM India Marketing Lead

- Major responsibilities include Retail Services and Trade Marketing

- This is People Manager role with 1 FTE, and 6 to 8 v-/i- reportees, and will work very closely with the category managers and all sales leads in RSM, plus collaborate with CMG, OEM Reporting and Level:

- Will be a part of the RSM Leadership Team; retail services is the single biggest priority for RSM this year

- Reports to RSM National Sales Lead, Education:

- Strong Marketing MBA, Engineer preferred Experience:

- Desired experience 12+ years

- The role is 75% trade marketing and retail services (trade schemes, training, merchandising, shopfloor activities, etc.); the rest is pure marketing with a focus on online/digital marketing

- Strong relevant experience from industry: Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom

- Some sales experience is a plus

- Strong budgeting, communication and inter personal skills

- Strong execution focus

- Important to have strong industry contacts

- Strong people management skills

- Project Management Certification (PMP), etc. is a plus
