Job Description
1.Devise approach to solving complex problems.
2.Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations.
3.Manage project scope
4.Refocus efforts as issues/problems dynamically change in client environment
5.Design and conduct client workshops
6.Identify the appropriate approach, tools and methodologies to perform analysis and draw conclusions
7.Full leadership for managing delegated end-to-end creation of project deliverables
8.Help team to develop new insights from the analysis
9.Prioritize the recommendations based on ease of implementation and impact
10.Provide ongoing updates to the client on engagement status
11.Solicit feedback on interim deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM)
1.Should have an MBA/ PGDM from a premier Insitute
2.A minimum of 7 - 16 years experience in management consulting with direct experience
3.supporting and leading engagements in Retail & Consumer Goods industries.
4.Industry experience at an FMCG company is a strong plus.
5.Should have strong exposure to any five of the following
Store Operation
Point of Sales
Assortment Planning
Category Management
Pricing Strategy
Planogramming
Digital Marketing
Multi channel Commerce
Social Media Analytics
Supply Chain Management
1.Strong written communication and presentation skills
2.Experience in business development, client relationship management and pre-sales support.
3.Ability to analyze and share recommendations to improve/modify existing processes/systems for clients.
