Role: Consultant -Retail SAP Implementation

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-8 years

Responsibilities:

The Functional Consultant is responsible for consulting with clients in the Retail industry to develop Retail System Solution Architecture. The responsibility includes designing and delivering enterprise solutions & architecture across the following areas for Retail industry clients:

- Applications

- SAP – MAP - Merchandise Assortment Planning

- SAP – MM – Material Management

- SAP – SD – Sales and Distribution

- SAP – PP - Production Planning

- SAP – F&R – Forecast & Replenishment

- Understanding of Application Integration - POS, SAP-AFS, SAP-SolMan & SAP-Promotion Management. SAP-BI

- Understanding of SAP Network requirements and Infrastructure

The role of a Functional Consultant involves:

- performing detailed analysis of Business Processes & Requirements;

- collaborating with client team, business process architect and delivery team to drive solution architecture and ensure scalability, optimization and automation;

- creating roadmaps that define the migration from the current state to the future state

- Handling Change Management issues due to transformation

- The role also involves identifying & evaluating market & client opportunities for transforming existing business systems / IT solutions capabilities based on customer insights, business growth, cost optimization, service improvement, competitive pressure and technology development.
