Retail Planner - eCommerce (2-10 yrs)

Silverpeople is retained by a business conglomerate to recruit Retail Planner for its eCommerce venture. We are looking for dynamic and young professionals with relevant experience in eCommerce and retail with passion for planning and are analytics driven.

Job Purpose: To lead the planning of inventory / inwards / best sellers etc for all merchandise with the objective of driving suitable Revenue growth, sell through and profitability

- Develop seasonal strategy for multiple categories and create roadmaps for growth, prepare OTB, selecting range plan

- Lead Merchandise Planning Initiatives across the business

- Planning of In-season Markdown and building policies to maximize product net margins

- Create Sell Through analysis

- Responsible for providing season wise quantity and value budget

- Responsible for promo Analysis

- Ensuring the Correct Merchandise Mix availability basis product categories, styles & price points

- Developing in stock goals for product categories

- Ensured successful execution of promotional strategies by reacting to sales on discounted merchandise

- Real time inventory and product performance dashboards to help teams in continuous replenishment process

- Provide visibility on key business/financial parameters during Top Executive Meetings on a Quarterly/Monthly basis

- Developing in stock goals for product categories

- Formulating retail buy plans for categories to maximize GMROI and Profitability

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in Planning function in apparel/ fashion / eCommerce space.

- MBA / NIFT graduate

- 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years experience in e-commerce.(Preferable)
