Position - Retail Manager - West

Reporting to: Retail Operations Manager

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- To implement best practices and help in building the presence of the brand in assigned region thereby ensuring optimal sales in all stores.

- To monitor staff performance ensuring compliance with company policies and supervise the training initiatives taken by the company for the store staff and ensuring timely delivery.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.

- Co-ordinate with merchandisers in creating a buying/merchandising plan for each store/region taking into account the market preferences for products/styles/colours as well as store size, store layout and other factors

Requirements

Ideal candidates would have:

- Degree from a reputed university

- At least 15 years of working experience in the retail industry

- Develop a highly communicative and proactive relationship with store teams to keep track of their issues and concerns and ensure the handling of all such issues is in an appropriate and timely manner
