Our Client : A Leading MNC Retail Company

Purpose of the role: Focus on leading and managing the operations in the assigned territory. Will be responsible for sales, service quality, staff development, store ambience and standard processes.

Major KRAs:

To develop a staff structure that helps maximise sales and quality standards.

To ensure consistency in customer experience across the stores

To coordinate with corporate retail for execution of retail initiatives

To work closely with the various stakeholders

To manage the budget at a region

Ideal Candidate:

MBA from a premier college with 5-9 years of experience in retail operations and sales.
