About our Client - Our client is an International fast fashion company that has a range of clothing and accessories for women. They are focused on deepening their brand footprint in India. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Retail Buyer to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Job Description - Reporting to the Brand head, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Determining the seasonal collection -Studying customer demand, including price, quality and availability

- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;

- Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;

- Managing plans for stock levels;

- Reacting to changes in demand and logistics;

- Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;

- Participating in promotional activities;

- Writing reports and forecasting sales levels;

- Presenting new ranges to senior retail managers;

- Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand;

- Training and mentoring junior staff

- Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing / business objectives

The Successful Candidate :

- 6-8 years of experience in Women's wear in a fast fashion brand

- Has exposure to sample sourcing (International)

- A degree in fashion is good to have

- Diversity candidates preferred

- Ability to manage a considerable amount of responsibility and autonomy in what is often a pressured environment

- Global exposure
