Researcher  - One of the top consulting firms is hiring for their research arm based in Mumbai. Herein, we are looking to hire (2-5 years) experienced researchers who would be doing research in the fin-tech space covering topics like digital banking, core banking systems and other technological advancements/ trends in the BFS/ Financial Services space. The researcher will also get on client calls whenever any client has questions, needs additional info etc regarding a particular topic area/ report owned by the researcher.  - Should have good understanding/ keenness on tracking the latest trends, happenings in the FS sector. Also, should be well versed with basis financial terms/ concepts.  - Should be a smart candidate with strong communication skills with experience interacting with global clients/ stakeholders. Candidates should to able engage/ hold an intelligent conversation with the interviewer on the sector/ their relevant projects.  - Researcher to be responsible for 3-4 reports out of the IBS research portfolio. He/she to become a subject matter expert on the 3-4 banking technology reports he/she is managing. This is done by secondary research, attending conferences, or vendor conference calls, and interacting with vendors and their clients.  - Update reports on a on a quarterly basis, and a major report update on an annual basis; and work with the Editorial team based in London team for doing so  - Respond to consulting firms, IT vendors and other institutions who are clients of IBS Intelligence and answer their queries about the reports via calls etc  - Provide consulting advice to clients who buy the research for a set of fixed hours on the back of every report sold, plus additional hours that the client may pay for  - Gather and relay market and research client feedback to the editorial and account management team for new content / business opportunities   - To assist the business development team on answering queries that the clients may have on the reports under their control.
