Role – Associate/Sr. Associate (Sourcing Intelligence and Analytics Group)  Requirements and Experience   - Sourcing/procurement intelligence and analytics specific research and/or marketing experience (mandatory requirement)  - Deep understanding of different types of sourcing intelligence  - 2+ years of experience (in sourcing Intelligence, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, cost benchmarking  - Strong secondary and primary research skills  - Superior communication skills  - Ability to take initiative  - MBA/PGDM, preferably with an Engineering degree  Roles and Responsibility  - Contribute to project teams focused on procurement/sourcing intelligence projects  - Collecting detailed information about suppliers across industries through in depth secondary and primary research  - Analyze the collected data and to derive insights relevant to the client  - Prepare reports/presentations based on the data and analysis conducted  - Interacting with top industry experts, suppliers and maintaining constructive relationship with them to regularly gather industry insights
