Research Lead - Financial Services

Hiring Research Lead - Financial Services for a leading Professional services firm in Gurgaon.

The client is a provider of business and technology research, data analytics and investment research services to companies worldwide with its global presence and employee strength of around 3000.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements

- Financial analysis and research on the business and economic assumptions

- Documentation of business and financial assumptions

- Interaction with key stakeholders in internal consulting, Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Units, etc.

Required:

- Experience: 5-8 Years

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Financial analysis and economic evaluation skills

- Proficiency with MS Excel or comparable spreadsheet applications

- Ability to work independently, as well as partner and work collaboratively with other team members. Experience delivering on tight timelines and within expectations

- Autonomy; comfort running conference calls, managing projects, and coordinating deliverables.

- Proficiency in Outlook Calendaring/Email and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously, set priorities, be proactive, etc.

- Excellent written communications skills. Must have strong command of the English language and be able to share complex ideas into simple terms.

- Experience creating professional presentations using PowerPoint

- Detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information.
