Immediate requirement for Manager- Research – Insurance/ BFSI Sector with a leading financial organization at Mumbai.

Required Profile : Essential MBA / Post graduate with Exp of 8-12 yrs in Consulting/Secondary Research and Analysis with ability to lead offshore teams and manage client engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage service delivery, people and business growth for the Research vertical

- Responsible for business development and generating business across UK & U.S Market

- Lead the Research vertical with complete ownership for driving projects & formation of operating plans.

- Responsible for people management & manage the day-to-day workload of the Research team and balance demand and capacity as needed

- Manage key relationships with stakeholders

- Solicit ongoing feedback on delivery and communicate the same to the team for improving delivery quality and standards
