Research Editor - Credit/Fixed Income Reports (7-10 yrs)

Principal Responsibilities:

- Edit credit research reports for content, grammar, style and structure, under fixed deadlines

- Liaise closely with analysts to produce a quality research report that adheres to the our client’s delivery standards

- Provide constructive criticism to analysts on grammar, structure, flow and language style

- Coach analysts on writing and language skills through on-the-job individual feedbacks as well as periodic group training sessions

- Strictly follow the risk and compliance policies

- Fulfill administrative responsibilities, such as managing reports repository, maintaining records through trackers, etc.

Skills Required:

- Exposure and awareness of credit/fixed income markets and credit ratings industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask: edit research reports within strict deadlines as well as simultaneously provide ad-hoc feedback on morning macro theme reports and single name rating alert pieces

- Excellent team player

- Proficient in word, excel and power-point

- Ability to handle charts/graphic content for annual/periodic outlook publications

Experience & Qualification Required:

- Post graduate in English or Certifications in Financial Journalism or any relevant degree

- 7 - 10 years of experience in editing credit/fixed income reports, preferably in a ratings agency or MNC bank
