Research Coordinator - KPO

Responsibilities

In this role you will partner with the Team to assist with an array of operations projects while meeting business demands and deadlines.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and process registrations to conference calls and transcripts

Coordinate internal and external marketing email campaigns

Manage internal database upkeep

Work in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed assigned goals

Provide internal support to the Team

Qualifications :

Bachelor's/Master's degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle stringent deadlines/multi-tasking

Motivated self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently

Available to work overtime (if needed)

Proficient in English Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Candidate must be willing to work in shift(Transportation will be provided) Fixed Saturday /Sunday off.

CTC : 6.40 lakhs + Quarterly bonus
