Role:

- Study and analysis of technology to determine patentability through literature searches

- Drafting a complete patent application for an invention disclosure in accordance with patent office (USPTO/EPO) guidelines. Tracking filed patent applications

- Assessment of commercial potential of technologies vis-à-vis existing technologies and market players

- Analysis of a portfolio of patents / patent applications in a given technology domain

- Analysis of an innovative technology to estimate the value of one or more patents and device various methods to effectively commercialize the patents

- Detailed and critical analysis of patents and products to determine potential infringement and licensing opportunities
