Interested candidate can apply.  Please find the attached JD below.  Major responsibilities  Help clients and consulting teams on engagements with retail banking knowledge requirements   Leverage proprietary tools and third-party data sources and manage day-to-day workflow  Interact with clients and consultants to gather data, problem solve, deploy solutions and conduct trainings  Play a thought partner role in team problem solving sessions  Generate insights based upon the analysis  Put together findings in the form of client ready end products which could be power point presentations and/or financial models  Over time, participate in the Firm's knowledge efforts by building and codifying Knowledge assets/tools   Qualifications  MBAs from reputed business schools having major in Finance, with 1-2 years of work experience in the RETAIL BANKING SECTOR in the field of Relationship management/ Branch operations / Product management or Business research and analytics  Very good knowledge of excel and preferably basic programming skills in VBA  Good understanding of banking concepts and knowledge of financial concepts and/ or banking operations with sound knowledge of industry trends.  Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills   Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)  Professional attitude and service orientation  Contact details Swati Sahu  Contact no - 9599911322
