Research Analyst - Private Equity - Real Estate Fund (4-5 yrs)
One of our renowned Global Private Equity client's leaders in Real Estate funds are looking for Research Analyst. Ideally a CA or MBA from a premier institute with 4 to 5 years of experience with Real Estate Private Equity players.
We have two roles one for Mumbai and one for Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities :
- One would be extensively handling activities across the entire life cycle of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions including Target Search, Pitch Book preparation, Valuation, Due Diligence management, Deal closure activities.
- Main responsibility is to advise on the risks and insight on the operations of the potential transaction to enable the client to make a sound investment decision.
- Understanding the business, coordinating for information, analyzing the financial trends including key business driver's working capital etc. and presenting analytical conclusions to interested parties in a crisp manner.
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret the MIS and other financial data for business decisions.
- Should have an excellent analytical approach and presentation skills.
