This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, flexible, "roll up the sleeves" individual to join a highly regarded Sales Organization in supporting the global sales effort of our dynamic company.   As Proposal Specialist you will be responsible for writing and editing RFP responses and Technical Questionnaires for Replicon software, handling project management tasks for assigned proposals, and coordinating assignments for cross-functional teams made up of Sales Representatives, Solution Engineers, Product Managers, Finance, Marketing, Alliance, and Legal.   Key Responsibilities:   - Interview internal subject matter experts and complete RFP responses   - Manage assigned projects – oversee project timeline, assignments, selection and presentation of exhibits/attachments and layout/production needs   - Provide developmental editing for assigned projects, including editing for content, tone, consistency, and competitiveness   - Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to determine required responses and attachments   - Ensure that documents meet established standards for content and quality   - Proof proposal documents	  - Keep current with new product functionality and updates to product roadmap   - Identifying and registering at various sites for RFP’s   - Building and managing asset library for faster turnaround   - Manage the vendor registration process with all existing and future customers   Qualifications:   - Minimum 2 years working for a technology company   - Direct experience writing Software Proposals (RFI’s / RFP’s), Product Marketing collateral, Technical writing or equivalent   - Strong project management skills   - Exceptional communication skills including writing, editing and proof reading   - Ability to present complex information in a comprehensible manner (written and graphical)   - Strong research skills   - Solid teamwork skills   - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing job environment   - Proficiency in PC-based Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)   - Bachelors Degree   - Major in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field a plus   - Willing to work North America shift timings ( 6PM to 3AM)
