Replicon is a global company with employees in Australia, Canada, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  Position Overview:  As the Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your recruitment experience by delivering best practice resourcing solutions to engineering and professional services client group. You will provide expert recruitment advice to hiring managers and then develop innovative sourcing solutions designed to attract high caliber talent for a range of professions and disciplines.  Responsibilities:  - Partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements and subsequent sourcing solutions;  - Creation of position descriptions, job advertisements and other recruitment related collateral;  - Management of the end to end recruitment process across defined client groups;  - Proactively mapping the market and headhunting  - Partnering with internal hiring directors and managers to define current hiring requirements and to outline action plan.  - Accurately producing management information reports on candidate pipeline and presenting the information to recruiting managers on a weekly basis.  Qualification:  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  - Minimum of 6 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting  - Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills are required  - Demonstrated credibility with business leaders; strong consulting skills, a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member  - An understanding of online candidate management systems would be an advantage.
