US Shift  Position Overview:  Replicon is searching for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter who has experience in closing U.S. technology requirements based out of India.   We want someone who will understand our business, our requirements and our company culture to build a quality pipeline of candidates for our Hiring Managers located in our US office.   - Working closely with these Hiring Managers, you will be responsible for managing the complete end to end recruitment process.   - At Replicon, we strive to find the top talent in all departments; we focus on a quality driven recruitment process.  Responsibilities:  - Fully understand requirements and the ideal profiles by working directly with the Hiring Managers  - Develop and execute sourcing plans for all assigned Marketing requirements to deliver a quality pipeline to the Hiring Managers  - Manage the recruitment process end to end in a timely manner; work collaboratively with Hiring Manager to get feedback on candidates, while maintaining a professional experience with all of the candidates  - Persistently in create your network to communicate and create excitement about Replicon and the opportunities available  - Keep all candidate files up-to-date in applicant tracking software  Qualification:  - Degree in HR, Business or related field   - 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in U.S. staffing/recruitment  - Must have prior experience recruiting a variety of Marketing positions, preferably for a high tech/SaaS environment  - Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills  - Resourceful, driven individual, able to handle multiple requirements  - Able to manage multiple priorities; flexible to handling shifting priorities when situations arise  - Previous experience working for a US based company is a plus.  Work timings: 08:00 p.m. to 05:00 a.m. IST
