Position Overview  Replicon’s engineering team requires a detailed oriented, enthusiastic and results driven Business Analyst. As a business analyst you will be part of engineering team which is responsible for gathering the requirements, analyzing the requirements and gives it to development team for customization. Business Analyst bridges the gaps and ensures delivering the products according to the standards. Collaborate with customers and development teams to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project request. The role will substantially also require designing of prototypes and tracking the requirements given for product customization.  The more you prove your ability to deliver real-time solutions to problems with a positive attitude, the more flexibility and freedom you will have to provide solutions the way you want.   *Flexible to work during North American hours is a must.  Key Responsibilities:  - Research, summarize, and gather customer business requirements   - Understand the requirements, translates the requirements into specification and prototypes  - Hand over the requirements to technical team in the required documentation for the development  - Ensure that product is getting delivered within the guidelines defined in the product development stage  - Prepare the product documentation related for various interfaces like marketing, sales support, implementation   - Track the enhancement requests and incorporate the requirements in the product.  Qualification:  - Bachelor in Engineering with a MBA degree, or related field  - Should be Graduate with good communication skills  - 3 plus years’ experience as Business Analyst in software development   - Experience in creating detailed functional design documents  - Track the delivery timelines for the product development  - Customer Interface – Internal & External both for requirement gathering  - Lead projects following Agile methodologies is a plus  - Experience in SaaS model is a plus  - Onsite experience is a plus  - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is a must.  If you believe that you are the right person for the role please apply using the link on this page or forward your resume
