The initiative helps in sustainable living and we are getting good response in the community, As the company is growing at a rapid pace in terms of serving new categories and customers, we are looking for experienced and passionate operations lead to take the company fulfillment.  Job Responsibilities include :   - Managing and building the operation workflow for scale  - Optimizing the operations cost through unique and alternative channels and methods  - Overseeing that a high level of service experience is delivered to each customer  - Maintain good relationship with all the third-party logistics vendors  - Follow up with customers to get feedback on their experience  - Create detailed reports of the operations for bi-weekly analysis  Expected Profile :   Key skills : Logistics, Operations  Desired Candidate Profile :   Education :   UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization  PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization  Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required  Desired Skills and Experience :   - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the logistics related field  - Comfortable with going on field to source for vendors  - Deep knowledge of the local area for operation purposes  - Ability to manage the logistics personnel  - Compensation will be discussed in person along with discussion on equity stake.
