Our first marketing & sales hire is part of the founding team. You will report directly to the CEO and expected to wear multiple hats as the business grows. Your input will be key to product development. We want someone who can work in Mumbai full time.  On A Day To Day Basis You Would Be:  - Doing creative user acquisition channels and word-of-mouth campaigns  - Developing strategic relationships with key influencers  - Digging into Analytics to report growth KPIs - clearly communicate learnings with team.  - Designing, Building and Executing 3+ growth experiments per week  - Researching, recommending, and implementing new channels to test   - Managing campaign strategy, budget, and execution while achieving key performance and key metric goals  - Tracking, measuring and working across channels to optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and marketing spend efficiency  - Providing data-driven guidance regarding product features/levers to drive virality and growth  - Managing relationships with vendors and analytics partners related to user acquisition and marketing  Our Ideal Candidate would:  - Have strong quantitative skills and comfort with analytics  - Have outstanding oral and written communication skills  - Display attention to detail and strong organizational skills  - Enjoy a fast-paced startup environment  - Have the ability to take the ball and run with it while providing relevant check-ins with stakeholders be skilled in google analytics, photoshop, fb ads, email campaigns.  Who are we:  We believe in a "shared economy" - whats mine is ours.
