Rentomojo Is Looking for HR Personnel with previous background in Tech / Startup hiring to join the core management team.

Job Roles/ Responsibilities:

The candidate would be part of initial - core management team. This team would drive the growth of the company in the near future.

- He/ she along with the team would be responsible to take the company to the next growth stage.

- He/ she would be reporting directly reporting to the founders

- He/ she would be working on expanding different teams, setting up all hr, compensation, and other processes in place.

- He/ she would be working on the hr strategy for future rapid expansion of the company.

Profile:

- Candidate should be a management graduate from premier B-schools.

- Candidates should have established track record of leadership & teamwork and displayed the ability of handling projects from scratch with resource crunch.

- Candidates should have the right attitude of working for a startup, where goals are to be accomplished with limited resources.

- Right kind of experience is the criterion, rather than the number of years of experience

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai, India.

CTC: As Per Industry Norms; Negotiable

Rentomojo is a renting application aiming to disrupt the way we do shopping in a couple of categories. We aim to drive access over ownership producing the same economic sense.
