Job Description:  - Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS in compliance with Schedule III and IND AS and getting the same audited within stipulated timelines.  - Ability to comprehend notes and disclosures requirements and presenting them in financial statements.  - Interacting with auditors, resolving their queries and ensure minimum Audit adjustments.  - Liaising with other departments to obtain relevant schedules and closing the queries relating to audit.  - Preparing required schedules at quarter-end/year-end, update financial models.  - Intercompany reconciliations and preparing Related Party Transactions summary.  - Calculating Deferred Tax and providing disclosures for DTA/ DTL.  - Reconciliation of Fixed assets per GL with FAR register   - Ensuring adherence to the Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR Compliance)  - Exposure on Hedge Accounting and reinstatement of foreign currency exposures and accounting of resultant gain/loss.  Job Specification:  - The incumbent must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 - 6 Years' post qualification experience.  - Additional certifications in Ind AS/ IFRS would be an added advantage.  - Working knowledge of IND AS and Schedule III of Companies Act is essential.  - He/She must possess an appropriate combination of technical expertise in fields such as Financial reporting and Audit  - Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.  - Fluency in written and verbal communication.  - Experience with a large manufacturing/ EPC/ renewable energy industry/ BIG 4 or equivalent firm will be an added advantage.
