Position : Business Development Manager
Customers Distributors, Dealers, Architects, Specifiers, Consultants, End user
Products : Lighting products
Travelling : Within the state
Responsibilities :
- Grow and develop sales in his/her Sales territory at agreed profit & market share
- Develop relationship with clients / dealers / architects etc.
- Appoint new channel partners, technical support, customer visits
- Prospecting of new customers in accordance with sales and management strategies
- Negotiation of commercial terms, receivables management
- Make promotional programs depending upon the market requirement, competitor analysis
- Train dealer sales person, handle customer complaints if any
Requirements :
- Graduate / Post graduate / Engineering
- Experience in Lighting is a must
- Able to communicate effectively with new clients
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Dynamic personality, go getter and aggressive in market
- 5 years sales experience
