Job Title: Process Consultant - Cranes & Heavy Vehicles.

Role: The Process Consultant is responsible for Implementation of specific Domain Areas of a Project.

Responsibility: The Process Consultant is responsible for the following

1. As Is mapping of the designated Process Areas

2. Find and Document the Gaps in the designated Process Areas.

3. Build the To Be Process for the designated Process Areas.

4. Documentation

5. On Site Visitation

6. Conduct Interviews

7. Conduct Workshops

Commercial Terms: This is a project based Commercial based on the No. of Man-days contributed by the Process Consultant.
