Job Position - Engineer / Manager - Planning & Coordination

Location - Ghatkopar / Kalyan Site(Mumbai)

Gender - Male

Exp - Minimum 8 yrs

Education - B.E. (Civil) / PG (Construction Management)

Industry - Real Estate / Construction

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience in Construction Planning,

Preparing detailed Schedules,

Fortnightly tracking of Schedule & Preparing Reports on fortnightly & Monthly Basis,

Fulfill all the site requirements of drawings, designs, decisions in consultation with architects/consultants for the site,

Co-ordinate with all external & internal agencies,

Monitoring progress at the site and reporting the same,

Preparation of work breakdown structure,

Analyse subcontractors plans and schedules, manpower and sequencing of work,

Developing Construction Master Schedules (using MSP & Primavera software), monitoring & tracking the progress & reporting

Other Skills:

- Working Knowledge of MSP Projects, Primavera, etc.

- Sound Understanding and interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD,

- Excellent Communication & Coordination skills

- Should be a Team Player & a Good Listener
