About The Role :

We're looking for a co-founder to serve as the Head of Sales of ReMint. You will be part of the co-founding team and will be in the driver's seat as we build world's most dynamic and widely used cleaning platform. And you as Head of Sales, you will not just be bringing business for the cleaning operations and plans; you will very much be in the thick of defining the vision, road map and strategy for growth hacking at ReMint along with your other co-founders.

What Are We Looking For :

- Simply put, we are looking for an experienced guy in the space from Real Estate, HNI sales, Corporate sales, or other classic combi.

- You love to build superior business development channels & create support teams and have what it takes to lead a team of extraordinary individuals.- Obviously, Over time, you will also be leading the entire ReMints- Sales, on a national basis, once you yourself create it from start. So it's critical you have a demonstrated track record of leading and/or working with high caliber teams, hiring, retaining & empowering them for growth.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CORE SALES, at a leading real estate / facility management / Aggregator Company is a plus or companies, where you have created business from start.

- Having said that, we are not a stickler for duration of experience. So if you're falling short of what we're asking for, but still believe very strongly and are able to demonstrate your passion, that you have what it takes to lead from the front at ReMint, then do get in touch and we will be happy to discuss.- Exposure to startups is definitely a plus, but not a prerequisite, meaning, working on an ownership basis.
