Opportunity:  Brand New Day Ventures (BNDV) is setting up a chain of physiotherapy & rehabilitation centers with a intent to become the largest in India. It has two centers operational in Mumbai and targets to add another five centers in Mumbai in next nine months and seeks capable individuals to assist in its growth.  BNDV is founded by a senior investment banker who is an IITK/ IIML alumni. In the proposed role, you would have an opportunity of working closely with the founders in building the organization and the business and growing rapidly with the organization.  Responsibilities:  - Be responsible for day to day center management (non-clinical activities) which would include center administration and monitoring, maintain partner relationships, and manage marketing campaigns and events at center level.  - Participate in executing the growth plan, which would include assistance in project managing at a granular level in setting up new centers.  Requirements:  - Graduate or Post Graduate from a leading college with 3-5 years of prior work-experience, preferably in sales or operations  - Comfortable in working and getting the work done independently   - Excellent communication skills to cultivate and manage partner relationships  - Ability to manage in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment is essential.  - Enterprising mind-set with a positive attitude is a must   - Experience in healthcare or retail sector would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite   - Candidate based in Mumbai should only apply
