Job Title: AVP - India Operations Leader - CDSP Platform

Job Description:

- Centralised Dealing and Services Platform (CDSP) is one of the key strategic platforms for Religare Securities.

- The vision is to create a world class dealing and services platform that uses smart contact center technology, advanced data and client analytics, best practice people processes and cutting edge client service capabilities.

Over the last 2 years CDSP has taken shape as a national platform. The initial seed laid in Noida has mushroomed into 5 centers across the country and with additional centers planned.

We are seeking to bring on board a significant young leader who can now coral the existing assets and establish a roadmap to amplify manifold the potential of this channel. This is a leadership role that will need to interface with the line and enable the buildout of a national organization with its own capabilities, culture and delivery

- S/he must be an expert Project Manager with the ability to articulate and differentiate business and operation's needs, develop and communicate business requirements that will lead to new or modified operating methods and systems.

- Key skills include understanding of contact centre technology, performance management systems, leading teams and capability building.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prime responsibility will be to act as a key enabler for the CDR channel to achieve the business goals.

- Working with technology, business and risk team to prepare, own & execute new processes that enhance productivity and overall output across various metrices

- Developing and managing monthly execution plans

- Consults and works with executive management to identify key business issues, outline strategic alternatives and recommend cost effective solutions.

- Supports Divisions' planning process and helps build models, analyses for strategic initiatives

- Ensures client satisfaction as well as compliance for the CDR channel

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Qualified candidates should have a MBA degree

- At least 7 years experience in Operations with at least 2 years as a business enabler that uses technology and process discipline to a large extent; experience in broking industry will be an advantage

- Must possess excellent analytical, project management skills

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrates a positive attitude, maintains absolute professional discretion and possess a high level of integrity.

- Should have no problem in travelling across India from time to time
