Reliance Retail - Instructional Designer - Training (3-6 yrs)
Reliance eCommerce is scouting for an Instructional Designer for the Training wing of the business.
This position is responsible for designing and developing the training content in the form of articles and videos that the sellers will use to update themselves on the order and inventory management processes.
Brief of JD :
- Ensure that the content follows a predefined theme and is consistent across the board.
- Ensure quality of work produced is of the highest level with emphasis on instructional design methodologies.
- Coordinate between departments for updates to the content and ensure changes happen in a timely fashion.
- Provide direction to the external content development team on the ideology and direction of the training content.
- Provide direction to the Graphic Designer.
- Create SOP's to ensure optimal efficiency of the Instructional Design Process.
- Ensure review and publish timelines for content created are adhered to.
Ideal Fitment :
- Develop storyboards and simulations.
- Knowledge of the ADDIE methodology and Blooms taxonomy.
- Knowledge of authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate, Lectora etc.is a must.
- Strong communication skills in the English Language
