Position : Head Product Management

Reporting to : CEO

Brief of Role :

- Identify and evaluate product opportunities

- Lead User Research

- Write business cases

- Define product features and requirements

- Test for usability, valuability, feasibility

- Work closely with technology teams through development cycles

- Work cross-functionally to ensure technology, business and user needs are aligned

- Work cross functionally to drive Product Launches and Release

- Generate, share and action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement

- Contribute to a culture of user-centered innovation, knowledge enhancement

- Train and manage high performance teams

Ideal Fitment :

- Top-tier MBA with tech. education/ experience/ interest

- Strategic/product experience at a consumer facing product company

- Passionate about digital consumer innovations

- Abreast of new technologies, services and innovations, around the world
