Position : Deputy Manager/ Manager - Business Intelligence Unit (BIU)  Key responsibilities:  - Drive analytical model development and system integration across risk profiling, lapsation, cross-sell, forecasting, customer segmentation, etc  - Leverage analytical techniques for conducting analysis, interpret the results and provide solution options  - Identify and implement projects to improve productivity, customer engagement and risk reduction  - Manage medium to large BIU initiatives / projects with significant impact on organizational KPIs  Desired candidate profile:  - Experience in SAS (Base/Enterprise Miner) / SPSS / R is required. BFSI sector experience is desired but not mandatory.  - Logical and result oriented approach with strong interpersonal, communication and articulation skills  - Ability to engage directly with senior management and manage multiple stakeholders  - Proven ability to analyse data and presenting to stakeholders to gain closure  - BE / B. Tech, Masters / Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research/Mathematics from Tier I colleges / universities, MBA from Tier I/Tier II institutes  - Relevant experience of 2-5 years in analytics / BI / strategy roles having demonstrated strong and consistent performance  - Passion and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, methodologies etc
