Reliance Jio Infocomm - Lead - Communication for Development - Reliance Foundation

The Lead- Communication for Development will support all communication activities of Reliance Foundation. The candidate will contribute to the Foundation by enhancing its capacity to effectively communicate on its focus areas of development, outcomes and impact across all programmes.

The following summarise the key deliverable for the role:

1. Overall responsibility of developing/editing and compiling communication material using diverse media (website, social media, brochures, newsletters etc.) to effectively communicate Reliance Foundation's vision and impact.

2. Continuously gather information from all Reliance Foundation stakeholders (including beneficiaries, partners, RF team etc.) and maintain an updated and effective communication system.

3. Package and disseminate all communication outputs including reports, case studies, newsletter etc.

4. Effectively monitor and report on the feedback received from stakeholders across various media

5. Support the programme teams towards incorporating effective communication across media

The Incumbent should be willing to perform any other tasks/assignment, as required by the supervisor(s) for organisational success

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the area of communication and/or journalism

Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields such as communication, Journalism, literature and social sciences etc.

COMPETENCIES:

- Knowledge of varied range of communication tools and methodologies to effectively plan and implement programmes

- Ability to analyse and integrate diverse information from varied resources

- Exhibit interest in a two way communication, adapting presentation style, language to reach out to the target audience

- Works collaboratively with all programmes across RF

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Ability to write clearly for varied audiences

- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Standard office ICT skills, including social media and willingness to learn new technology
