Job Title : HR Associate - Industrial Relations

Short Description :

- Manager Compliance & Risk Assurance shall be responsible for ensuring compliances of policies and processes at Sites/Offices and ensure risks pertaining to contract labour management are identified and remedial measures are in place.

Long Description :

Job Accountabilities :

- Ensure compliance of policies and processes by having regular audits

- Regularly update stakeholders with compliance reports based on CL data

- Identify potential risks & breaches and suggest remedial measures

- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders

- Collaborate with Site IR Heads on CLM issues

- Collaborate with external experts to conduct risk assessment

- Collaborate with external peer group and benchmark the best CLM practices.

- Mentor/guide team members at Site on CLM

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

- Good understanding of labour laws

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Good influencing capability

- Ability to take decisions in ambiguous environment.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

- Any Degree/Diploma in Management with HR Specialization or any degree/diploma in Labour Laws

- Should be well conversant with labor law compliance and have work experience in the field of IR/ER or should have sufficient experience in managing contract labors

- 4-8 years in handling Industrial Relations,/Contract Labour Management, Compliances and risk assurance preferably at manufacturing Site.

- Should be well aware of the State/Central Labour machinery and court procedures.
