Job Responsibilities :
- Will lead digital marketing for newly launched product - JioNews for both app & web
- Will be responsible for growing App downloads, website traffic & Retention Marketing to drive M1-M3 retention, DAUs, WAUs, MAUs, Watch Time etc.
- Will own key marketing channels like push notifications, in-app notifications, re-marketing, FB, Google Ads, Display, Affiliate, etc
- Own and drive multi-language experience adoptions. Key metrics to influence: Daily Active Users and New Users
- In-depth user segmentation to understand user engagement with each of the apps. Drive and monitor A/B tests, data based experiments to optimize key performance metrics
- Monitoring: Track, achieve, publish KPIs & take actions as per performance
- Handle communication used in promotions of all channels
- Co-ordinate with internal & external teams to drive campaigns, refresh content creatives & campaign communication
What are we looking for :
- MBA in Marketing preferred from any reputed Institute with 1 - 3 years of Retention Marketing Experience in E-Commerce/OTT or app background
- Good analytical ability and a nick for numbers and user segmentation
- Hands on experience with Notification, In-App & analytics tools (CleverTap/ Adobe etc)
- Strong understanding of News, Sports & General Entertainment is desirable
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
